These agents are suitable for a wide range of vegan-friendly inclusions—from chocolate-covered fruits and nuts to plant-based gummies, licorice, and cookies. The quantity and method of application depend on the size, shape, and surface characteristics of the inclusions, along with the batch size.

Our vegan glazing agents are available in water-based or alcohol-oil-based formulations, all crafted using carefully balanced, high-quality plant-derived raw materials to ensure optimal shine and long-lasting protection.
